In light of the logical elections taking place tomorrow in some parts of England, and the discussion of proportional representation on this blog, I was curious if PR would change voting intentions. I don’t claim any polls here are statistically valid, but they do tend to be interesting.
So, three polls this morning. The first is about what you would vote for as your first preference if you had the opportunity to do so tomorrow and PR was in use, which means you could rank your preference of your candidates.
So I want to know who would be your second preference in that situation:
So assuming we didn’t have a PR system, who would you vote for?
To the best of my knowledge, I cannot identify who is voting in these polls, and I never would.
My interest is in whether or not the behavior changes.
