From accident and life were Aflac Incorporated and Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America; for health insurance, the top performers were Blue Shield of California, Cambia Health Solutions, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, and Health Care Service Corporation; and insurance was represented by CUNA Mutual Group, Pacific Life and Unum Group.
