Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U) is a unique Singapore REIT, whose portfolio comprises 9 retail shopping centers (all located in central locations across the country), along with an office property. Following the conclusion of the REIT’s annual general meeting (AGM) last Tuesday (January 17) for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022 (i.e., FY2021/22), it has made its business update available to the first quarter of fiscal year 2022/23 ended on December 31, 2022 shortly after market time this afternoon (January 26, 2023).
