Ebroker officially has a new CEO.

On July 20, 2023, we announced that Ben Jennings will assume the role of CEO. Many Ebroker fans will know Ben for a long time as our Director of Revenue, having served four years in that role prior to this recent appointment. In that time, Ben has revolutionized the sales and operations functions at Ebroker. Having worked in the CEO’s office during the search, he demonstrated a deep understanding of our goals and vision, and a commitment to making Ebroker successful holistically.

But, that’s far from all he brings to this role.

Ben has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer and alliance success, and more. Previously, Ben was Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for the public company ServiceSource (SREV), responsible for the company’s business development, solution design, and global sales functions. During his more than 15 years at ServiceSource, Ben led the company’s global expansion, founded and managed ServiceSource’s EMEA and APJ operations, as well as held a variety of customer success and operational leadership roles with the company.

Given his background in technology and product development, Ben’s primary goal in assuming this role will be to expand Ebroker’s technology capabilities to drive the organization forward:

“I am immensely proud to lead the talented team at Embroker and continue to transform the insurance industry through technological innovations. Technology is the catalyst to take Ebroker into the next era of business insurance. That is why my first priority is to further develop our platform so that we can innovate faster and better, meeting the needs of companies where they are going tomorrow, not just where they are today.”

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Congratulations, fine.
