Busy season is upon us. Every year you may be saying the same things…”I start off sticking to a routine but it quickly falls off and I start feeling burned out and tired”. Make this the year you are going to make small changes that make a big impact through incorporating mindfulness practices at work. During this session, we will experience practices we can put in place in our day to gain a better understanding of where we are off-balance internally so we can show up better for ourselves and those around us.
In this session you will:
– Understand what mindfulness is and how you can utilize it for yourself and those you work with
– Experience mindfulness practices that you can implement right away and start feeling better.
– Learn time management practices so you can create the boundaries you need both during work and outside of work to re-energize and feel better.
